Calum Kelly

Agri-Tech Solutions Lead, Satellite Applications Catapult

Calum Kelly is the Agri-Tech Lead at the Satellite Applications Catapult, an innovation and technology company transforming the way the world uses satellite technology and data. He works with government, industry and academia to develop satellite-enabled agri-tech solutions to tackle challenges faced by the UK and global food system. He has previously worked within agriculture and fresh produce at Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd, one of the UK largest grocery retailers, to develop and deliver projects which promote innovation across its community of suppliers and farmers.

Turgut Orman

Coordinator, International Projects Office, General Directorate of Agricultural Research and Policies (TAGEM), Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry

Turgut Orman has been working for Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for more than 10 years and is currently Coordinator of International Projects Office at General Directorate of Agricultural Research and Policies(TAGEM). He is responsible for improving capacity of research institutes in international projects. He previosly worked in different regoions of Turkey as an agricultural economist and has experinces in private sector.


Junuz Jakubovic

Digital Transformation Advisor, the Manufacturing Technologies Centre, High Value Manufacturing Catapult

Junuz has over 5 years’ experience accelerating companies through Digital Transformation and navigating the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He has worked at the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) since 2015, and held several roles including Business Engagement and Technology Exploitation before his current role as a Digital Transformation
Adviser. Junuz has also been involved in several European funded projects, including the roll out of Digital Innovation Hubs and is leading the IoT4Industry initiative in the UK to support the adoption of IoT for Manufacturing SMEs. Junuz is a Coventry University Graduate in Business & Marketing, and held several roles previously including his time at Eaton Hydraulics and running his own start-up clothing business.

Fatma Hazal Ince

Senior Expert, Industrial Transformation and Sectoral Policies, Turkish Industry and Business Association - TUSIAD


Fatma Hazal İnce is a Senior Expert at TUSIAD, a voluntary, independent, non-governmental organization representing Turkish business world. Hazal is responsible of industrial transformation and sectoral policies, including agriculture, tourism and logistics as well as SMEs and R&D. Previously, Hazal worked as a Project Expert at TUSEV focusing on the advancement of financial and legal conditions of NGOs. She graduated with honors from Bogazici University with a degree in Political Science and International Relations and holds MA degrees from Sabanci University in European Studies and from the University of Essex in Political Science.
